Aldi

Jan 022013

I was at Aldi's this past Monday and found Gingerbread Marshmallows and Red/Green Marshmallows on clearance for $.59 a bag.

Also, there were a ton of toys marked down as well.

Lots of candy/cookies/etc…type items were marked down but nothing significant.  But I was there on Monday so prices may have dropped since.

I suspect that many other holiday items will continue to be marked down.  Be sure to keep an eye out for them.

Honey Crisp Apples-$2.99 for a 2lb bag.  I got them last year for $.99lb but it is a short season and the apple season is a bad one!  I suspect that $1.50lb will be  a good price this year!

$2.49 for a 3lb bag of apples is a definate stock up price! and Bags of pears for $1.39-2lb bag is a great price as well!  Love Pomegranites and $.49 is also a great price!

Seasonal Items are Back In Stock!

I have no idea why but Baking Powder is a Seasonal Item at Aldi's.  I have never figured that one out!  I think someone should tell them that we use it all year round!
